  • Use Shop if you want the exact piece already shown on the site.
  • Use Custom Orders if you want names, color changes, or a different look made for you.
  • Use Order Links if you already know which Stripe link matches your item type.

Ordering

How do I start a custom order?
Send your idea to help@cheekyscreations.shop and we’ll guide you through your build.
When does my order begin?
Your order begins once your design is confirmed.
Can I request something not shown on the site?
Yes — custom ideas are always welcome.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship through USPS. Processing time depends on your design and delivery times may vary once the package is in transit.
Should I order early for events?
Yes. For birthdays, holidays, and special occasions, ordering in advance is always recommended.
Do ready-to-ship pieces come as shown?
Yes. Premade pieces ship exactly as shown on the site.

Changes & returns

Can I make changes?
Changes may be possible before production begins. Contact help@cheekyscreations.shop as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. If something isn’t right, contact help@cheekyscreations.shop.

Featured weekly styles

What is the featured style?
It is a shop highlight that shows one current product style more clearly for customers reviewing color, topper, and finish details.
Does the featured style require a purchase entry?
No. Featured weekly styles are store highlights only. No purchase entry, prize drawing, or random selection is attached.
